-If you see something that you'd like to have drawn but it isn't listed on my commission sheet or prices page (youtube avatars, animated PFPs, etc.) , we can discuss pricing in DMs!
-I'm also not the best with backgrounds, but I'm getting better with them. They will be simple (flat colour) backgrounds unless requested otherwise. There will be an extra fee for backgrounds. The price depends on how complex the background is.-If you purchase an NSFW commission, I am under the assumption that you are of the age 18 or higher. If I find out that you are a minor and purchased NSFW artwork from me, you will be permanently blacklisted. I will not tolerate minors purchasing NSFW from me. This also goes for adults purchasing NSFW for a minor. Both the minor and adult will be permanently blacklisted from commissioning me. If I have the feeling that the client is a minor, I will either not accept the commission or ask to see a form of ID.
-Some commissions will be posted on my Instagram and the speedpaints will be on YouTube if I make one of your commission, but you can tell me if you don't want me to. I always ask for the client's permission first before posting a commission.
-Finished commissions will be sent via email to the client or via discord. Whatever the client prefers most!
-I have a right to refuse service for whatever reason.

-Please give me specifics at the very beginning of contacting me. I will send you WIPS of the sketch, which you will have to approve before I move on.
-Please do not rush or harrass me while I work on your commission.-I accept USD on Paypal, Venmo and Cashapp, but prefer Paypal.
-You can reupload the art, but credit me and leave a link to my Instagram or @ me in the post if it's reuploaded on a site that I have an account on.
-You can not claim my art as your own.
-You can not use it commercially without discussing it with me and receiving my permission.-If the terms are broken, you will be warned, and after multiple offenses, you will be blacklisted from commissioning me.

Half payment will be accepted once I finish the sketch and half of it will be paid before I send you the finished art piece. This is so that both I and my client both feel safe during the commissioning process and neither of us will be scammed in case something happens. I will complete commissions on a first come first serve basis. I will try to get them done as soon as possible. If something comes up, I will tell the commissioner so that they know. Commissions will take no more than 1-2 weeks.I will send you the sketch for approval and once it's approved, it will not change. If you're not happy with the sketch, you can ask to have it tweaked or fixed. Any revisions must be made now. You will be able to ask me to revise or tweak it 3 times before it will move on to be completed. I will not continue on the commission unless I receive approval on it. When the sketch is approved, no edits will be made (body type, pose, redrawing parts). If an edit is wanted after the approved sketch, there will be a fee depending on how large the edit is. If I made a mistake on any visual features as seen on reference sheets, the edit will be free.
I tend to forget things sometimes, so please gently remind me! If I got any details wrong, I will not mind at all if I need to make any edits. If you notice something after I send you a completed commission, please don't be afraid to send me a message about it. I usually keep the files on my computer long after a commission is completed in case things like this happen.Having a reference sheet or a picture for me that displays all markings or specific details you want present in your commissioned drawing is highly recommended, but I can follow written descriptions too. If there is no reference image, you can describe to me the character or outfit and I can try my best. Depending on how complex this is, it will cost an additional fee. Base fee is $3 and it will rise depending on character or outfit complexity.Should the client decide to change or adjust the commissioned works through the use of machine learning or derived technologies, or create derivatives of the commissioned works through use of machine learning or derived technologies, I will consider this an automatic purchase of exclusive rights and charge the standard fee per artwork. Please inquire about the exact fee for your commission in advance.Commissioners do not have the right to use commissions in any form of cryptocurrency, NFT, or any other block-chain related technology. You may not use my art for promoting or advertising cryptocurrency, NFT, or any other block-chain related technology.If the client wishes to use commissioned artwork for commercial use, the total price will be discussed up front among other royalties.
The minimum price increase 100% of the original price, meaning double the end sum. However, I reserve the right to charge more if I deem fit.
The following cases are considered commercial use: reproducing and selling the artwork, publicly or privately, cases where you receive profit from a medium/platform where you have posted my artwork, (eg. YouTube, Twitch, a personal site, business cards etc).
